These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mack2Steam Protection website and the ceramic coating and paint correction services we provide. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Mack2Steam Protection provides professional vehicle protection services in La Crosse, Wisconsin and surrounding areas, including ceramic coating and paint correction. Additional services, such as liquid paint protection film (PPF) and wipe-on tint, are in development and will be offered once available.

Published pricing, including our 5-Year Nano Pro Ceramic Coating starting price, reflects a standard vehicle in good condition. Paint correction and any additional work required due to the condition of your vehicle are quoted separately after inspection. A final quote is confirmed before any work begins.

Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Some services may require a deposit to hold your date.

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in loss of a deposit or a rescheduling fee.

We may photograph or document your vehicle before, during, and after service to record its condition. Pre-existing damage, aftermarket film, failing clear coat, or previous repairs may limit the results we can achieve and are not the responsibility of Mack2Steam Protection.

Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before drop-off. Mack2Steam Protection is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Our 5-Year Nano Pro Ceramic Coating includes a limited warranty against loss of hydrophobic performance and gloss degradation when the coating is properly maintained.

The warranty requires that you follow our recommended aftercare, including hand washing with pH-neutral products, avoiding automatic brush car washes, and returning for any recommended maintenance. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, abrasion, road debris, chemical exposure, neglect, or improper washing.

Warranty coverage is limited to the coating service itself and does not extend to the vehicle or its paint.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Returned or declined payments may be subject to additional fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mack2Steam Protection's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of the vehicle.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Mack2Steam Protection and may not be reproduced without permission. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and may be updated without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of La Crosse County, Wisconsin.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version and applies to your use of our website and services.
